Complete and post booking form to Peter Kirby, Dane End, Macers Lane, Wormley, Herts, EN10 6EH, enclosing your deposit of either 50% of total cost, or if less than eight weeks before departure enclose full balance

Await confirmation of receipt for booking and or deposit

Send balance of money on or before eight weeks prior to departure date

We shall endeavor to ensure your information pack and final arrangements arrive with you no later than two weeks before departure.
